Chris Greaves, Managing Partner and Solution Architect
As Lead Architect on Liberty Mutual Agency Markets (LMAM) Commercial Lines Property and Casualty policy administration system replacement project, Chris participated in vendor evaluation and authored LMAM's enhancement requests to AscendantOne. After contracting with AscendantOne, Chris developed an integration team project plan and implemented an enterprise application integration strategy based on a services oriented architecture. As the program ramped up, Chris hired developers, managed an architecture team of seven, and provided architecture support to other program teams.
Prior to joining LMAM, Chris founded and managed a systems integration consulting firm in New York City called Red Train, Inc. specializing in web and database applications development in the online retail industry. Red Train's largest clients included BarnesandNoble.com and Columbia House. The earnings Chris retained from Red Train's $4 million in sales from 1999-2002 are the financial backing for Red Train, LLC.
Chris has a B.S. in Industrial Management from Purdue University, and is a certified Project Management Professional.

Brian Rowe, Managing Partner and COO
As a Program Manager on LMAM's Commercial Lines Property and Casualty policy administration system replacement project, Brian was responsible for the management of 11 project teams in the effort to integrate AscendantOne with LMAM's legacy systems. Brian developed an integrated program level project plan to define the critical path of all projects in the program and coordinate the 120 resources contributing to these efforts. He mentored project managers and provided direction of day to day activities to these teams.
Previously at LMAM, Brian was the project manager of the Personal Lines Web System providing real-time quoting and application submission, delivering three on-time and on-budget releases. This system was a multi-year, multi-million dollar strategic opportunity involving 90 resources. In both of these opportunities Brian managed resources in multiple locations to achieve the desired objectives.
Prior to joining LMAM Brian was the founder of 7effect which performed integration services of CRM applications. Before starting 7effect, Brian held positions as a Practice Leader with P&L responsibility, Principal Consultant and the Director E-Business at Cummins Engine Company.
