In short... responsibilty and exposure. The Train is a small consulting firm comprised of devoted, professional, and extremely reliable men and women. Our clients recognize us for both our technical expertise and our grasp of their business pressures. This occassionally requires long hours on-site. We take the talent to the project, so travel is likely for our consultants. Also, our consultants love technology and computer science, and keep current with the latest developments (in fact, the Train buys any technical book or periodical our consultants want to read).

SALES ASSOSIATE
Location: Indianapolis
Compensation: Negotiable Salary + Commission

We need people to pound the pavement and sell the Train. In this position, you'll be wearing many hats - account executive, marketing consultant, and salesperson. Your primary responsibility will be to generate sales and cultivate relationships with Fortune 1000 companies. This position offers tremendous growth and leadership opportunity within the Company. We seek professionals with 2+ years of successful sales experience, superior organization skills, and a fluent understanding of both technology and the high-tech market. SENIOR CONSULTANT
Location: Indianapolis
Compensation: Negotiable Salary + Hourly Billing

We seek senior developers with project management skills. You must have 4+ years of development experience and 1+ years in a project management or team lead position. You should also posess particular knowledge of one each of a major RDMS system (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, etc) and application technology (Java, .NET, etc). You must also have systems design and data modeling experience. As a senior consultant, you might find yourself heading a team of Red Train consultants on-site at a client, spearheading a new project at a new client, or joining a sales call as a technical expert.
